Color matching for the blind, or partially sighted.

When the screen is touched the color is spoken. Optionally the color components as is the red, green and blue color percentages.

This application is designed to aid the user in determining a color from a limited range of 16 available colors.

The effectiveness of the application is of course dependant on the ambient light.
